Return and Exchange PolicyDivine Sole Boutique strives toward complete satisfaction, we understand that is not always the case. We'll be glad to make an exchange, or issue a refund to your original method of payment. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns sent back after this time will not be honored. All merchandise must be unworn, in it's original condition. Jewelry, accessories and sale merchandise will be final sale, no exceptions.
For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge; we'll just ask that you pay for return postage. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
In-Store Purchases are issued a Store Credit in the event of an exchange/return. All In-Store returns must be made within 7 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards on our secure network along with PayPal.
When will I receive my order?All orders will be shipped via UPS & USPS and the expected delivery times are within 3 to 5 business days after processing. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Divine Sole Boutique will notify you via email or phone in cases of back order or out-of-stock items.
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We're unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. If your package is returned to us for insuffucient address or any other reason, you'll be responsible for the additional shipment charge to re-send your package.

Am I being charged sales tax?Only Illinois residents are charged sales tax. The current sales tax is 10%.
Does my Gift Card have an expiration date?All gift card purchases will expire 12 months from the date issued. We cannot re-issue a gift card once it has expired. If you've been issed a gift certificate/store credit for a refund, those gift certificates have a 60 day expiration date.
